I would like to give a shout out to Angelo Ferraro- I recently got my Toyota Rav4 and with his help he made everything easy and smooth. I never felt rushed or pressured unlike any other dealerships. He was very patient and attentive with all my questions. I appreciate all the informations he provided from the vehicle's features thru financials standpoint. He was very understanding of us- customers valuable time in making decisions. Great customer service! No wonder he's part of the President's Club keep it up! 👍 The only issue I got was I wish I had taken a double look on the dashboard before signing on the mileage. Because it was stated on the document that the current mileage was 68miles but didn't realize when I got home it was already 160! And honestly that was a disappointment, transparency is very important to me!

My wife and I were in the market for a Highlander for quite awhile. We made the mistake by going to Carmax first. We were approved to buy a Highlander from them but we had a lot of questions about our trade in and the loan conditions. Simple answers to questions proved to be impossible as it was not possible to get someone local on the phone, even when I dialed their Newport News number. I got passed around from department to department and given different answers to the same questions. Frustrated beyond words, we decided to look local and thank God we did. We found a beautiful 2019 Highlander XLE with low miles from Casey Toyota. It was identical to the Carmax one but a year newer, 20k less miles, and better priced (almost $1400 lower than similar vehicles for sale in the area according to Cargurus). The experience got even better once we got into the dealership and met Isabell our salesperson. We fell in love with the Highlander after we test-drove it and decided to buy the car. Isabell was the nicest, most down to earth salesperson we have ever done business with. There was no pressure from the finance office or the management and Isabell even ordered a second key for us without us even asking. Hands down the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had!!!!

Lifelong Jeep owner, switched to a new Toyota last year, It's a different animal entirely. Some very unpleasant interactions with 2 other Virginia dealerships had me seriously considering going back to CDJ. Figured I'd give it ONE more try-so on a friend's recommendation, I drove the 32 miles to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg. From the moment I pulled in, a pleasant salesman took me to the service department and even helped me with the Toyota app as well. Very considerate- usually if you aren't reading window stickers, you're ignored by sales staff at a car dealership. Leslie the service writer is terrific; listens and explains. I felt like I've gained an ally in keeping the vehicle in top shape at a fair price for years to come. I will absolutely be making the long drive to this dealership for all my future maintenance needs. Thanks, folks. 👍👍

We have purchased four cars in the past three years (2 from this dealership) and we don’t plan on using anyone except them going forward. This team listens, meets your need, and treat you like royalty EVERY TIME you step into their facility. And not just the sales team. The service team holds that standard and treats you the same every time. I’ve used other dealerships who have made false promises, who have taken years to fill features they owed us, and whose service teams treat you like an inconvenience. NOT THIS TEAM. They operate with high integrity, and are service-minded. Even the Finance team treated us with so much care and respect. They made our purchase just as special. Go see Eric W. (the Sales Rep we use) today!! I will never buy from a different dealership again.
