Tito was amazing. So helpful. He made sure that I got taken care of the moment I entered the dealership. I had a great experience throughout the entire car-buying process. Alex (Gabriel) made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He was never pushy and was very accommodating to all of our needs and requests. I recently purchased a 2021 Buick Envision, and he was patient, responsive, and transparent the whole way through. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with every step, and even followed up after the purchase to help with things like OnStar and accessories. It truly felt like he cared about providing a great experience and not just making another sale (although I hope he gets a great bonus lol).
