We recently purchased our vehicle from Castle McHenry, and it was another great experience. This was my family’s fifth vehicle purchase from Castle within the last year and a half, and they continue to earn our business every time. Max was wonderful to work with. I really can’t stand the stereotypical pushy car salesman experience, and Max was the complete opposite. He was kind, respectful, patient, and truly cared about making sure we were happy. They didn’t have the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot, but Max took the time to find the exact version I was looking for and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Ali in financing was also great to work with and made that part of the process smooth and straightforward. Overall, it was a 5-star experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Castle McHenry and would absolutely continue doing business with them.

Went to this dealership because they had the best prices on the internet for the new vehicle I was looking for. They actually honored that price. Most others included deductions that most buyers don’t qualify for in their prices. No high pressure sales. Worked with Bill Shallow. He was outstanding. So was Mike Lazzara the Finance Manager. The entire purchasing process was outstanding from start to finish. I worked for GM for 10 years so I know how dealers work. This one is the most honest, friendly and professional in our area. Joe has a really great team In McHenry. I have several other Chevrolet dealers closer to me but glad I made the trip to here.

Mani was extremely efficient in doing a walk in estimate for car panels. He was able to accurately break down the labor and the cost of the parts. The service felt like it was a second home even though I had a Kia. I felt like part of the castle family. The estimate took about 30 Minutes. Fantastic waiting room.

From start to finish, these guys made it a fantastic experience. The price advertised was the real price. My salesman Andrew was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The truck was advertised at a great price, and Ryan gave me good money on my trade. Mike in finance was fantastic to deal with, super fast and on point. The entire process took less than 3 hours!!!! Cannot say enough great things about the staff and dealership, you’ve got a new loyal customer.
