Castle Chevrolet of Villa Park

First off I want to say I LOOOOOOOOOOVE my new Tesla. Doing business with Johnathan was extremely smooth, and authentic. I already knew what car I wanted and as soon as I reached out, he was the first to answer the phone and the same one to walk me through the entire process. After I told him what car I was looking for, he found it and told me it could be ready by the next day. He sent me a link to fill out my information and since my credit score was trash I didn't think I would get approved, especially with a recent report AND bankruptcy. We texted back and forth throughout the day until he had everything he needed and I was approved. I got my insurance that night, after he sent me all the necessary information and the next day, I arrived at Chevy Castle to pick the car up. As soon as I got there he was waiting outside and greeted me, and we went straight to the car for a test drive. I fell in love instantly, but still didn't want to get too excited. It only took about 15 extra minutes since I had done everything but sign the papers, and get the plates. Once he put the plates on, I knew it was official. I have been driving since age 15, now 34. I've leased over 5 cars and when I say NEVER, I mean NEVER have I ever had a better experience. Even when buy cash the experience was not this smooth. My last car from Kia I waited for hours in the dealership and didn't leave untill midnight. Im a single mother so my time matters. I was able to make it to my kids school and pick them up on time, all becasue Johnathan went the extra mile more than once. I cant thank him enough! He made sure I had all the info I needed in a timely manner and was very honest about everything. As a woman, its hard finding car dealers and salesmen who are not shady and trying to take advantage. I pay $651/month for my Tesla, the same amount I paid with my previous car so its nothing extreme. The Tesla is has a lower rate which is another thing I was happy about. I thought my credit would push me to have a horrible car note, but nope. I'm so glad I chose them. Actually Chat Gpt recommended them as a first choice for my challenging credit issues...so BIG thanks to CHATGPT and JOHNATHAN!!!!!!!

It was spare of the moment 7pm at night my fiancé and myself went in to Castle Chevrolet in villa park to inquire about a car Jonathan Medina Greeted us at the door and the rest was history amazing customer service!!!! He was just over all amazing to us!!! And worked effortlessly to get us in the Vehicle we wanted with the best options possible for us due to credit not being in the best shape!!! We test drove two vehicles and drove off with the one that was the best fit for us a 2025 Equinox!!! Don’t let having bad credit scare you cause Johnathan made it happen for us!! We are so obsessed and in love with our new baby!!! Thank you so much Johnathan we will definitely be back to see him for our next vehicle purchase!!!!!!
