Bought a Cx50 turbo premium plus and Shirley was such a great person. She was super friendly and had great energy. She was polite and treated us with respect. I went to countryside Mazda and the guy who was my sales person was super rude and disrespectful to me and my family. Didn’t want to buy a car from him and decided to see what downers grove had. I’m glad I went here because Shirley was great. Her energy and respect makes me want to do business with her again, in the future. Great experience here at Castle Mazda. Rolando really helped us fall in love with this car. My wife drives manual but I don’t drive manual so I have to learn still. Rolando took me on a drive so I could understand this little beast’s capabilities. We originally visited the Elmhurst Mazda for a similar spec, we would have drove it off the lot that same hour but from the second we walked in there was zero effort or interest in us as customers. We felt judged by our appearance, folks kept looking at my sketchers and old clothes. Not at Castle Mazda. From the second we came in the door we felt welcomed and excited. My only disappointment was having to pay for a ceramic package that was already installed on the car when I had other plans for body protection. It was an expansive add-on that wasn’t necessary but they protect all of their cars with it. In the end we felt like we got what we wanted but the process could have been more transparent. Rolando worked with us on pricing and we enjoyed that our sales manager wasn’t paid commission so there was no pressure for warranties. We planned on buying a warranty when we walked in so it was interesting to see that there wasn’t any pressure there. Their service guys all seem cool too. Go here, forget the other Mazda dealers around the area. They don’t care about you or your car — but Castle Mazda does.

We had such a great experience buying our car here. We were not looking forward to the whole dealership process because it can be such a headache but the team here made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jan, our sales associate, was great, super helpful and knowledgeable.The sales manager and the other associates we interacted with were just as great. You can tell they genuinely care about making it a good experience instead of just trying to rush a sale. Rich in finance was also super informative and helpful. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made that part of the process feel easy instead of overwhelming. We’ve purchased three vehicles in the past at other dealerships, and this is the first time the car buying process was actually pleasant. We even visited another Mazda dealership earlier in the day, and it was such a night and day difference in service, atmosphere, and overall process. We left feeling extremely satisfied and confident in our purchase. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

We had a very good sales experience this past winter. Usually we dread the car buying experience but not this time! John (Jan) and Shirley were our sales people and they were very friendly and low pressure. There was some negotiation but it didn’t take as long as it can at other dealers. Shirley finalized our sale and we were impressed by her pleasant and joyful attitude. She set us up for service to make sure any flaws were just right. Finance and signing is the tougher part always, but even that was relatively fast and easy. We would buy here again expecting this good experience!
