Buying a new car is always fun, unless you're buying one for your 16 year old. Fortunately, Greg Khahjian made it a little less nerve wracking for us. We found what we were interested in online and drove over 100 miles to check it out. We had literally just driven it off the lot and we were headed home when an indicator light came out that something was wrong. We turned around and headed back to the dealership. Greg was able to find a mechanic that was still there since it was almost time to close. I was clearly upset. Greg spoke with a manager and they agreed to reimburse me if I had it fixed. True to their word, I received the check yesterday. I can honestly say it was well worth the 200 mile, roundtrip. Excellent customer service!! Thank you so much!!

Castle Subaru was a fantastic buying experience! Low/no pressure, very transparent, and willing to work with budget for a lease on a 2026 Crosstrek. Greg and Noah were both very helpful and friendly!

Amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, but Allison was the best. It was a 2 hour drive for me so I was happy to feel welcomed and walked away with the car I wanted at a great price :) I will definitely go back when I need an upgrade!

The whole experience from start to finish was nothing but first class. From Allison our sales rep. Being super friendly and prompt on showing me the right fit on the range I was looking for. To Nicole the sales manger making sure the paperwork and numbers were simple and easy to get through. I also have to give a shout out to Nate in financing for making it easy and efficient to complete the transaction. Subaru of castle has some of the best hands down!!
