Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg

I recently bought a car and had an excellent experience. Was easy, professional and à great opportunity to get a reliable car. The facility is clean, well organized and easier journey compare with other dealers. They less aggressive but good and open to made negotiations . Only a couple compromise, one they didn’t give two months without paying like most of the dealers. And I bought a warranty didn’t get a copy until later. The reason is because the warranty documents is filled on an iPad. They need to improve on answering customers calls. Came today for a service and was the funniest day for me , didn’t know how to use the key fob correctly. I’m Generation X 😂. I wish they give me a basic tour about the functions of my car. But overall a good service.

Andy was a great guy! very easy to work with and patient. Angel the finance manager was awesome as well. Angel explained all the financing very well. Was very pleased with the price of the vehicle and with them not adding a bunch of junk onto the car. would recommend to friends and family.

I was almost done with Volkswagen as a whole (due to another dealership in the area that I will not name). However, Jerry, Dorian and Damien at Castle VW totalllly changed my view. I started with Jerry discussing my trade-in. I was hesitant since the car had a service related issue but Jerry made me feel confident that they would work with me on it. Then came the sales portion with Dorian. He was one of the most pleasant salesman I’ve ever worked with. The opposite of the typical pushy, sleazy salesman from movies and other dealerships. 10/10 Finally I went into Damian’s office to finalize payment/finance etc. He was just as great as the other guys. Respectful of my wishes to pass on other offers and got me out of there in like 10 minutes. I even stayed a little longer because we were talking cars/ racing. Overall, it feels like I hit the trifecta of the best Castle VW had to offer. A good dealership will see a family with kids come in and realize the family vehicle will change over time and that one day - the family will need safe reliable cars for their kids when they are older. Castle Vw seemed like the place that wants to be the loyal/go-to dealership for when those times come. Smart. Unlike that other VW dealership.

This was my first time going to Castle and it was a great experience! I highly recommend- From start to finish, I was assisted by Sales Consultant Dorian B- He was so helpful throughout the whole process and worked to get me a great deal on my new car. I wasn’t sure what model I wanted to go with and he gave me all the pointers for each of the models. The finance department were also helpful. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my family and friends.

Thank you Michael Koumandarakis, Damian Jigalov, and the rest of the crew for helping me so much today and being so kind. I had an amazing experience buying a car here today. The process was fast and easy. I had damn-near no stress, which is insane considering how big a deal buying a car is. Every question I had they answered well and they treated me with dignity and respect the whole time. I bought a used car and they made sure to do all the maintenance to ensure it’s running perfectly before I even got there. Recommendations: look on their site beforehand and see what they’ve got and prices, call or go online to set an appointment (their staff is very responsive yet respectful and are excited to help you), communicate with your bank before you go so it’s all ready (or prepare to get a cashiers check for a bigger purchase). Their cars sell fast but they update their website well. Thanks again :)
