Sometimes a small issue shows how incompetent a business can be. Had some warranty work done some 6 months ago at which time one of our rubber mats never made it back to the vehicle, no great deal and a promise was made to retrieve it and send it on, 6 months , seven phonecalls and countless promises pushes me to give up. Something which should be a non issue means I will avoid this dealership and go further a field for our next purchase. Please learn a lesson for the future and understand that a small issue amplifies when constantly ignored.
