We dealt with her in the past, professional but very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and we laughed a lot. We reviewed our needs, discussed all the pros and cons and then made our selection. Jennifer has been very helpful, the new tech a challenge, a learning curve. She is a wonderful asset in a great dealership. We have always had excellent service whenever we brought in our car.
