Cavalcade has always taken care of us and our Fords. Professional, courteous and detail orientated, we’ve always have every confidence in our maintenance needs here. Mandy looked after us the last time, she took care of us and our Ford, our appointment was on time and they even had us out earlier than anticipated. Not sure when we’ll need to come in again but I’m sure we’ll be taken care of properly.

I was recently asked to leave a review, so here it is honestly. I had several recalls completed, including the door lock and wiper recall. The door lock recall alone took years for this dealership to get parts and finally address the issue, and even now the lock is still doing the exact same thing it was before the repair. That is extremely frustrating after waiting so long. The wiper recall was completed only after I had already paid out of pocket to repair the same problem previously. Communication around reimbursement and timelines has been unclear from the start. If customers are expected to wait years for parts, that should be explained honestly instead of leaving people guessing. What concerns me most is that nothing seems to change. Problems get brought up, repairs get marked as completed, yet the same issues continue. It leaves me with very little confidence in the long term quality of the work being done here. To be fair, some of the staff are great to deal with, except for the one service advisor who seems like she hates her job and takes it out on everyone else. Overall the experience feels inconsistent and frustrating. I’ve even been told by a service advisor at another garage that they take their own Ford that they purchased from Cavalcade to a different dealership to Ford Thor Motors a 45 minute away, which says a lot. I hope this feedback actually makes it beyond the dealership level, because right now it feels like concerns go nowhere. Customers shouldn’t have to chase proper repairs, especially when recalls are involved and safety is on the line.

Nice honest dealership for sure ! Lauren was a pleasure to deal with to arrange a long distance purchase. After agreeing on everything sight unseen, we traveled ling hours, everything was as promised, we picked up our car and returned back home. No surprises, just a smooth car purchase experience.
