Cavalier Ford at Chesapeake Square

John was absolutely amazing!!! He did not hesitate to come outside when I first got there to introduce himself and help me find my dream car. If I could leave more stars I would, thank you!!

Today, I had a terrible experience with customer service that resulted in me being extremely late for work. I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 am, but I didn’t receive my car until 12:45 pm. Nick was extremely rude, and Susan Stiffler was particularly nasty and unwilling to assist me in finding my car. When she finally brought my keys, she informed me that my car was in the parking lot. However, she failed to mention that my Toyota Corolla was being blocked by four large trucks, one SUV, and another car all the way in the back. I am almost certain that my race and age contributed significantly to the poor treatment I received. I am also grateful that I don’t have to deal with this establishment again. Not to mention, I had a similar negative experience six months ago when I brought my car in June.

We had a great experience as we looked for a new vehicle at Cavalier Ford in the Western Branch part at Chesapeake. Keith Dixon was our salesperson. He helped us in our section of the perfect car for our needs, answered all our questions about our new vehicle, and made the purchasing process very easy and transparent. I highly recommend Keith Dixon and Cavalier Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Everyone involved in my new vehicle purchased were pleasant and very professional. A special shootout to John Burton. He helped me a great deal and helped me find the right vehicle. No pressure tactics.

Wife and I had a fabulous buying experience at Cavalier Ford Chesapeake Square. We purchased a 2025 Bronco Raptor brand new. The entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. We can't say enough about them. Every single employee went above and beyond. Five star experience.
