I had such a wonderful experience trading my vehicle at this Mazda location. My husband and I went to test drive a specific vehicle. I didn’t think I was goin to walk out of that dealership with a brand new car. The staff was very helpful Shade made the whole experience smooth. He answered all of the questions we had and when he wasn’t sure about something he clarified the information with someone else. Or brought someone that could answer our questions. Didn’t BS us with information. The entire staff was attentive. Felt very welcoming unlike other dealerships that just want to sell you everything under the sun and move on as fast as they can. Their customer service is top notch. I ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEE MY CX50 premium plus. I am very glad I made the trade at this location.

We purchased a certified pre-owned 2025 through Cavalier Mazda and the experience was nothing short of effortless and stress-free. This was our first time purchasing from a dealership, so we went in without knowing what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised with how seamless and easy the experience was. I’d like to brag on our saleswoman Karina, she was so awesome! She made the experience what is was, was so kind and informative, and made everything work in our favor, even bringing in other team members to help support our goals and get us out the door with the numbers and terms we were looking for. We had a really great experience at this dealership, and Phil was a big reason why! From the start he made us feel comfortable and never came across as pushy or desperate to make a sale, which I really appreciated. He was easy to talk to, patient, and took the time to walk us through everything without rushing us. What stood out the most was how much he respected our budget. He worked with us to find options that actually made sense financially and never tried to steer us into something outside of what we were comfortable with. That honestly made the whole process feel a lot more relaxed and genuine! We had visited another Mazda dealership earlier and the experience was very different. There we felt pressured and a bit dismissed, like we were being pushed toward vehicles that didn’t really fit what we wanted. Coming here was the complete opposite. Phil listened, respected our priorities, and made sure we felt good about every step of the process! Overall, this Mazda dealership did an excellent job helping us in every aspect of the purchase.
