Fantastic dealership and service department! We are traveling from Tennessee, and had an issue with our GMC Sierra. We pulled in at 4:45 today (on a Friday). Kevin, Natalie, Misty, Gavin and Luke, were ALL so welcoming and helpful. The efficiency and professionalism was nothing less than 10/10! They found the issue and got us back on the road. We visited this dealership when we were considering trading in our car for something bigger. The general manager is extremely rude and their trade in offer was horrible. Afterwards, we took our car to Fletcher Dodge in Jonesboro and got a trade in offer $3,500 higher.

Colt was my salesmen, we talked like friends, i enjoyed the atmosphere, he sold me what i wanted and Stephanie the boss lady in charge agreed where I could comfortably could afford the truck. I left happy and been home a whole day now and no regrets, the last truck i bought elsewhere there where regrets. Thank you for the friendliness and understanding.

I took my camaro in to get my stereo fixed and was charged over 200 dollars for them to put it on a computer and tell me that my stereo doesn't work and they have to put a brand new one in it. I already knew that it didn't work and now my back up camera has stopped working since that day and I don't have the money to fix what they tore up. I'm not very happy.

Ripped my mother-in-law off. Got her to bring her car in to work on "recalls" ... and then charged $140+ to replace battery cables that were having no problem. When I inspected their work I found they did NOT replace the cables, but only replaced the ends that go on the battery. Something I could have done for less than $20. I would have left NO stars, but then I could not leave a review. I would never recommend these scam artists.
