We cannot say enough good things about this dealership and especially the service department. We were traveling from Mountain Home to Memphis pulling our 40’ fifth wheel when our transmission went out. Walnut Ridge was the closest town to us. We got the truck to them and they went to work on it the next day. First they had to find the problem which they did quickly. Clint the service associate ordered a new transmission ASAP. They knew the urgency of us getting to Memphis and they definitely stepped up to the plate. They finished our truck in rapid time and were even going to stay late on a Friday so we could get on the road Saturday morning. The whole team was amazing from the First Lady we spoke with to the mechanic who installed the transmission. They we all so professional and kind. Cavenaugh should be proud of these employees. They are top notch. I wish all dodge dealership were like this one. If we ever need work done and can be in the area we will definitely use Cavenaugh Dodge. Big thanks again Clint…you and your team are the best.

Buckle up because this is gonna be a long one. I was taking a trip from Missouri to Mississippi and my jeep JKU broke down about 40 minutes south of cavenaugh. Bad voltage regulator in the PCM and bad alternator (I'll get to that in a minute). I ended up needing a tow but wanted to find a place that could get the PCM within a day or two so I called around to a few Chrysler dealerships. Cavenaugh ordered the part to be there the next day when I called and didn't even have my jeep dropped off yet so I was more than happy to take it up here. Now that being said, Im not one to need a mechanic to do the labor as I've worked on cars my whole life. I mentioned to cavenaugh that I would be fixing it in the parking lot and if that was okay. They agreed and didn't have a problem with it so Thursday I got it towed there after I got off the phone with them and told they would call me when the part is in on Friday morning. Not only did they drop me off at the hotel down the street in Pocahontas but they picked me up the next day as well to take me back to my Jeep. Fast forward to Friday morning, I got my phone call, got a pickup and got to the dealership to put my new computer in my jeep minus the programming of course (can't do that without corporate equipment and access). I was able to get my computer in and they had it programmed within a hour after I did the work. Around noon while checking everything again I still had a P6022 code which was open alternator circuit after they checked the codes for me since I didn't have a code reader with me. Ended up having a physical short in my alternator so I had to come up with a plan. That plan was a combination of the dealership and myself since they were giving suggestions on how to get one since they didn't have one in stock. A little while later o'reilly's had one but they wouldn't bring it to me and the guy at O'Reilly's said just order it and ship it to my house and didn't listen to anything I had to say. I was going to walk the 2.5 miles down the street but the dealership said they could pick it up and bring it to the shop and I can buy it from them kinda like a middle man so I was able to take a break from wrenching. Alternator arrived with the new serpentine belt since I was using a JS alternator that needs a shorter one, but.... I didn't have exactly the tools I needed with me and I have a lot of tools when traveling. Thankfully the dealership let me borrow a breaker bar for my belt tentioner and a socket and extension with a wrench if I couldn't fit my sockets in there (weird spot, needed thin wall socket) and within a little while I was able to repair my jeep. These guys and gals went way above and beyond what they could have done and helped me get back on the road. Thank you cavenaugh for everything you helped me with and the things that aren't listed here in this review. I had a great time working with you and if I'm in the area again and something happens I will bring it back here with no questions asked. You've earned me as a lifetime client for North East Arkansas. You even let me wash my hands with the grease remover. Keep on keeping on! You are great! 10/10 stars!

My sprinter van broke down and I had no where to go but these nice folks at Cavenauch dodge dealer in walnut ridge let me park there overnight for back to back nights on end while I waited for a 20$ part to get back on the road. Ended up being 4-5 days and even though I was gonna fix it myself they really cared for me and and showed true compassion for me when I was in need. I can not say enough good things about these people. Brent you are awesome my man. I appreciate you all god bless you guys. Sandstone sprinter van… you know who I am!

I was on the first leg of a long road trip to my daughter's wedding from Dallas to Chicago and Grand Rapids, MI in a Ram Promaster van I recently purchased when my check engine light came on. Thankfully, I came upon Cavanaugh within the next few minutes. It was already near closing time, but Service Manager Clint Jones jumped on my case and assigned a technician to determine what was the problem. I knew in the back of my mind it was the rebuilt transmission installed a few months before I bought the vehicle. Sure enough. It was going to take a few days to get the parts, so I rented a van big enough to transport the large artwork by #artbyjuju we were delivering from U-Save, an affiliated agency. A Cavanaugh rep, Jamie, was kind enough to give us a ride to a local motel and to the tiny little Walnut Grove airport nearby in the morning to pick up the rental. We were able to pick up our newly and reliably fixed van on our way back to Dallas - on our original schedule - and were pleased and relieved to get home without further problems. Thanks, Clint and Cavanaugh, for the care and attention you gave us and our van, Eddie Van Haulen.

I found a vehicle online and called to check availability. They confirmed it was in stockand I went up there to buy it. The sales team is excellent to include the manager. These guys are professional, polite and they care enough to do what it takes to get the job done. Excellent experience.
