Cavender Cadillac of Lubbock

I had an outstanding experience working with Erica Cavender at Cavender Cadillac. This was my 1st brand new car purchase. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and truly focused on making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She made sure every detail was handled with care. What really stood out was her communication and transparency, just honest and straightforward service. She went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied, and answered every question I had, and I ask a lot of questions I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or service a vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. On Dec 16 we took our car in for a routine oil change. We were then told we needed $10,000 in work done, one being new tires, which we just purchased from them August 2024. The tires had a 60,000 mile warranty, but only lasted 22,500 miles. So Cavender sent them off to the distributor to be inspected, which took 2 weeks. They went ahead and put new tires on the vehicle. We paid full price for the tires to get our car out, but told that we would be reimbursed. Cavender had our car from Dec 16-Jan 21. Fast forward to today (Jan 26) and we still have not been reimbursed, and the service advisor informed us they were only going to reimburse us $350 out of $1300 for the tires. What about the 60,000 warranty? Did that mean nothing? Don’t use them; they don’t stand behind what they sell, or care about their customers. All they care about is how much money they can make. So if you like getting screwed out of your money go to Cavender Cadillac.

Had to bring my car in yesterday for some warranty work, and Mandie was awesome. As a business owner I know how important customer service is. The level of service was top notch all the way around! Will definitely come to this dealership for service in the future!

This is hands down the best Cadillac dealer in all of Texas! Spencer was so good and an awesome dude to work with! I highly recommend him and the rest of this amazing staff! I wouldn’t have gone anywhere else!!

Stopped by Cavender Cadillac in Lubbock recently and wow, the remodel is finally done! The new look is modern and the showroom is open and bright. It’s just a nice place to walk around and check out the new cars. Who knows… maybe I need a new Cadillac.
