I stopped by looking for a specific vehicle. Irma showed me the vehicle and I knew it was what I wanted. They were quick and efficient when going into the financing phase, listening to my concerns and taking them all into consideration when they went into the final stages. I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had in buying a new Nissan Rogue for our fresh TXST graduate. The online advertised price was EXACTLY the price we paid. (We've had terrible prior experiences with other dealerships tacking on thousands of dollars in surprise mandatory fees when it came time to sign papers. The opposite was true here! Pricing was transparent and straight-forward.) Bryan was super responsive, honest and kind in his treatment of our daughter when she came in to test drive. Jay in financing was so reasonable and easy to work with. He got us a fantastic finance rate with a credit union local to us and I was able to sign everything electronically - It was incredibly easy and low stress. I'm so impressed with this experience and so very glad Cavender had a vehicle my daughter loved on their lot. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I brought my vehicle in for what should have been a simple issue, and unfortunately the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The main problem wasn’t even the repair itself—it was the lack of communication and basic customer service. I took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my car, but it felt like no one was actually listening. I kept having to repeat the same details, and even then, the responses I got didn’t reflect what I had just explained. Instead of walking me through a proper diagnosis, I was quickly pushed toward an expensive repair with very little justification. There was no effort to explain why that work was necessary, no attempt to explore simpler possibilities first—just a high estimate right out of the gate. It made the whole situation feel more like a sales pitch than actual service. On top of that, the tone throughout the interaction was dismissive and at times condescending. Asking questions or trying to understand the reasoning behind the recommendation seemed to be taken the wrong way, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. At the end of the day, I left without moving forward because I didn’t feel confident in the service or the way I was being treated. A good service department should prioritize clear communication, transparency, and respect—none of which I experienced here. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want straightforward answers and a more professional approach.
