CDJR of Corinth

Have had a great experience for about a year, then as soon as I notice something wrong with my steering wheel after I get in front a service and speak about it, I'm disagreed with and told the damage is wear. It is not wear, somebody with a flashlight or pocket knife let the pocket clip scrape my steering wheel and physically put holes in the leather. You can see where the pocket clip was skipping across it. I'm not an idiot and I'm not pulling any wool over anybody's eyes with it, but I dont even carry a pocket knife to cause this. It can't even be worn down there as I don't hold the steering wheel by the bottom, who does? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened here.

Honestly, the first “salesman” Danny basically ran up to my husband and gave him keys to a truck, didn’t even know what truck he was talking about til my husband physically pointed it out! Did not ride with us or give us any kind of info on the truck, handed us off to another salesman, Todd , whom was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond as much as he possibly could have! Great guy! Great salesman! So, if y’all want to make a deal with an honest hard working guy, Todd is yours ur man!

Hands down, this was the best buying experience I've ever had with a dealership. We traveled to CDJR of Corinth from Houston, TX hoping to buy a rare punk'n orange Jeep to replace our previous one after it was totaled by a semi-truck accident. Justin in sales and Nikki in financing were nothing less than phenomenal in their customer service. The entire process was so straight-forward. Online pricing was honored, no hidden fees, everything went just as smoothly as they'd promised. Justin took the time to set up the Jeep app on our phone and walk us through all its functionality. Nikki was so kind and caring, no high pressure to add on any services or accessories. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and authentic. After the trauma of our wreck, I had no idea how healing this purchase would end up being for the whole family. The amazing crew at Corinth was the key to that. Honestly, I could see us returning to this dealership for our next Jeep purchase, despite the distance.... That's how remarkable was our experience here! Highly recommended!

Had an engine and a clutch put in a 2013 challenger. It threw the serpentine belt about a week after I got it back which could’ve just been it’s time. When I started looking more closely under the hood I realized that there were quite a few things wrong. Apparently it was too hard to put the original hose clamp back in place so they just left it where it was and put a regular clamp on. They broke the washer fluid line that I’m guessing they forgot to disconnect when they pulled the hood. Left out plastic fasteners on molding by the windshield. They also bent out the molding on the sides of the car because they didn’t lift it correctly. After I noticed all this I dropped the car back off for over a week. I was told everything was fixed and unfortunately a week wasn’t enough time or they didn’t care enough to actually fix the hose clamp on the water pump. Can’t wait to see what happens next. I wouldn’t take any vehicle here for something more serious or complicated than a hose clamp because in my experience it won’t be fixed the first or second time.
