We had a recent experience of buying a vehicle with this dealership. Came in and test drove a “fresh trade.” The vehicle had never been serviced, I test drove it and immediately noticed an issue. They still had us run our credit and got an approval. I asked them to evaluate and keep us updated. I had to constantly text them for updates and they told us the car hadn’t been diagnosed even after 3 days of being in the dealership. After about 5 days total I had to again follow up and was informed that the vehicle was going to be sent to auction. Maybe shouldn’t have vehicles listed online as available if there is no guarantee “it’s available”. I was very hopeful with this place.
