We had an ESC ABS error light as we were traveling far from home in our Promaster 3500. Called ahead to Cedar City Motor Co. They got us in on the day we were passing, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and installed it that day. Kary was amazing, even had someone drive us to get lunch. Had a tire rotation and oil change while we waited for the part. They knew we needed to be back on the road and went the extra mile. Can't say enough about Kary and the folks at Cedar City Motor Co.

I was on a long trip from Montana to So Cal and my Ram’s transfer case started making some noise. The staff(Kary)at the dealership were upfront with me and gave me timeline that they stuck to. They were very professional and I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done on my truck.

These guys are phenomenal. The entire staff from Josh, Derek, and Andy. Everyone was very helpful and it was nice to experience a customer first awarded dealership first hand as a fellow Chrysler employee. My trx had broken down. And was towed in. Having been stressed about getting back to work on time and nearly 400 miles away from home. I was reassured by them that they would do everything they could to get us back on the road in a timely manner. (I can’t quite remember the name of the gal that had originally helped me over the phone but she was also very helpful). I received exceptional service and I would highly recommend the team at cedar city CDJR whether for service or purchasing a new/used vehicle. Thanks for the amazing hospitality.
