All of the employees I interacted with here were kind and helpful with any questions that I had or help I needed. Hunter was my salesman and he was great. The sales manager Cody was great too except he did talk over me once which I found to be a bit rude, but maybe he was just in a rush. Granted the vehicle I purchased was used and a fresh trade in so maybe they felt rushed, but whoever did the detailing didn’t do the best job being as there was still garbage on the floor in the back and crumbs under the seats. I am unsure whether or not this dealership details vehicles themselves or sends them somewhere else. Also there was some wires disconnected from the VSV, so whoever inspected the vehicle to make sure it was mechanically good didn’t do the best job. However Cedric Theel Toyota was quick to resolve those issues free of charge!

Being from Wyoming, I was a bit skeptical at first with an online search and communication; Brad was great to work with, responsive to every text and answered every question I had and did research to find answers if needed. When I made the trip up to Bismarck and decided to make the purchase Cody was efficient, and Dan insured that the vehicle was in top form, I am very happy with my purchase!
