When the holiday created a potential delay in our purchase, Lester went above and beyond by personally picking up the vehicle from another location to ensure I received it as quickly as possible. That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find. On the day of delivery, Lester knew I had a prior commitment, so he had everything prepared ahead of time. All of my paperwork was organized and ready for signature, my copies were neatly placed in a folder, the vehicle was fully detailed, and my license plates had already been transferred. The entire process was seamless. I was in and out in less than an hour, but honestly, the experience was so pleasant that I wouldn’t have minded staying longer. Smooth transaction from start to finish. Salesman Nico was a pleasure to deal with and was never pushy. The vehicle was a special order and arrived weeks earlier than the expected date., Pleasant surprise. I only wish I could have received a better interest rate on the financing. 6.9% is a bit of a kick but I guess you have to roll with whatever is being offered at that time. A 0% would have been the icing on the cake to make perfection. Overall...😊😊
