Central Cadillac

Went in shopping for an all electric vehicle in the $60k to $80k range. Had been to other dealer brands. The interior and exterior of the Cadillac Lyric, included the functions of Tesla, with superior upgrades, letting me know I found my vehicle. As soon as I walked in, I was approached by Mason Fink, welcomed to the Cadillac brand and sealed for a good deal. The experience was amazing. I normally buy my cars through cash or trade and felt enlightened that a car buying experience could be so cool. Me and my wife were greeted with a bow on our brand new Cadillac Lyric, and since the day I bought it, it has been performing. The electricity range is amazing. Seems weirdly more efficient than my Tesla on battery mile life. Had to charge for the first time in a week. Unheard of. And they have been following up to make sure everything is perfect, as promised. Even a concierge service just for Cadillac customers called me. Didn’t need those touches, but love it.

Three words describe my experience at Central Cadillac - HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM, CARE. I purchased my car living in Florida, from Central Cadillac located in Cleveland. I researched over a 200 BMW M5’s before I came across my car at Central - so I called them - 9:30am on Thursday morning. Mason Fink, my sales representative answered the phone and answered all my questions, gave me a virtual tour of the car, and we negotiated a deal over the phone. He texts me the final exact figures and we make a deal. No hidden fees, no nonsense, just a straight HONEST deal. I catch a flight to Cleveland on Saturday morning. Mason has a limo waiting to pick me up from the airport. I arrive at the dealership and he’s waiting outside to greet me. He walks me to my car and the car is better than I expected. FABULOUS. We go for a test drive and we talk, not just about cars, but about life. I was going to buy the car. But what impressed me more was Masons passion, truth, charisma, knowledge and friendliness. He’s a Gem! and I’m sure his dealership acknowledges it. As i had already worked out the details, financing and paperwork was a breeze. True Professionals. I met the whole group in person General Manager, Sales Manager - everyone. All I can say is- having sold cars in my previous life, the care and professionalism I received from Central Cadillac was outstanding. If you are looking for a car - Give these guys a call ! Brian Walker did a phenomenal job selling us our new GMC Acadia. Professional and knowledgeable. Although getting ahold of anyone to set up the appointment was extremely difficult, especially the robo messaging.

Horrible experience with Brian. Vehicle damaged upon delivery. Took forever to fix, while I’m still paying bill. Still hasn’t been properly fixed, and not to mention the terrible wrap job they did, to fix the fact they ordered the wrong car. Awful experience, and huge lack of care on Central Cadillacs end. Management never even bothered to reach out. Had to escalate to GM corporate. Was told they would redo the wrap job, but unfortunately they are busy with other wraps…and would get to me eventually. It’s been MONTHS. Followed up, and just runaround’s. Never again.
