My wife and I had a great experience here at Central Houston Cadillac, Mike Lahlou the Product Specialist helped sell us a used Explorer we wanted and took great care of us. Him and the finance manager stayed an hour and half after closing just to get us the deal we wanted and delivered exactly the payment we wanted to get. Mike didn’t care it was an older used car he treated us like we were buying a brand new one and ensured we were satisfied. Definitely recommend purchasing a car here.

Went in wanting to pay what there were asking for the truck.I got hit with a bogus paint protection add on that wasn’t even on the vehicle and forced to buy low jack which I didn’t want. All this was before I even got to finance. From there I was told I had to pay super high interest rates to get the deal which was asking price by the way. I thought this being a Cadillac dealer it was going to be a great experience but it was just another car lot. I recommend negotiation over the phone or email over in person or just another dealer. Bathrooms were clean that’s the reason for the higher rating
