I made an appointment for today & got to Central Auto Repair almost exactly at 10 AM when they opened. Felix is a good natured man & greeted me with a smile. He had the exact key with attached remote for my 10 year old Jeep. He cut the new key & programmed it to my Jeep quickly & efficiently!! I was out the door in about 20 minutes & his price was less than 1/3 of what a dealership quoted me! The dealership wanted me to drop my Jeep off for 3 hours “because it takes a long time to program the key!” I highly recommend this business! 👏🏆

I just want to say that Felix, the owner, showed me true Southern hospitality! Long story short, he went over and above to help me fix a key/and Fob for my family’s vehicle. Being from California, there just aren’t many businesses that would tell you the truth, not take advantage of an out of towner and actually make a house call! This company deserves 5 stars. Felix, the head mechanic here is one of the nicest fellows you will ever meet. He is honest and does good work. He doesn't do things that don't need to be done, and explains why. He won't take jobs he knows he can't do well. He is happy to show you what he is doing or did, and explain why. His place is not fancy, but it is good. Kind of just what you want in a mechanic and mechanic shop. Old school mechanic = good mechanic.

I called Felix to come out and unlock my car. By the time he got to me I was really close to unlocking it myself. He coached me through some final steps and with his help I was able to get it unlocked. On top of this, he tried not to charge me because he said I had done it myself. I mailed him a check for teaching me a new trick. Very honest, good person.

Felix will always greet you with a smile. He is honest and very fair with his labor cost. He may not tackle every job , but I would try him first with any minor repair you may have. You can also order tires on the net, have them shipped to Felix and he will mount and balance them cheaper than anyone else in town! Great place to do business with!
