We have been taking my wife’s car, an Alfa Romeo to Century for service, minor service such as oil changes, new tires and both motor mounts. If you want to service or purchase your vehicle and be treated as family every time you are there Century is the place. From Kevin, Brian, Justin and all the others you will never experience this level of customer service in the automotive industry.
I have bought several cars over the last ten years and this was by far the best dealership I've ever dealt with. There was absolutely no pressure to buy their vehicle. They didnt try to hold my keys hostage like most other dealerships. They simply showed me the vehicles I was interested in and did everything they could to give the the best deal possible. There was an issue with the truck I bought and they immediately made it right. Ive had the same thing happen before and the dealership always acts like they cant duplicate the problem or its not their problem but not these guys. I've never been taken care of like this.
