My husband was thinking about getting a new Chevy truck. We live in the Prescott, Wisconsin community, but had never purchased or shopped for a vehicle at our local Cernohaus Chevrolet. I called around many dealerships including this one. My favorite was our hometown dealership. Pat Mueller is knowledgeable, patient, kind, straight-shooter with integrity. I am overjoyed seeing my husband get the exact new truck he wanted and the quick and efficient way the dealership was able to make this all happen in one day. I am thrilled with our experience! Bought two vehicles and both needed transmissions replaced within a damn year! Constant breakdowns and it's like we didn't even buy them cuz they're always in the shop. Go literally anywhere else. 0 stars if I could.
Made an appointment online for a wheel alignment that they cancelled without telling me. When I showed up for the service they said they dont service vehicles they haven't previously... then why do you have an option to make appointments online. VERY DISAPPOINTED such a waste of time.
