I got a great deal and really great car in good condition. Both Corey and Michelle were very helpful prior to and during the sale. I would have given it a 5 star except that the floor mats in the car were missing when I went to pick up the car (they were originally there when I first checked the car out prior to purchasing). Corey assured me he would send them to my address (40 minutes away) so I left the dealership with the car and without the mats under the impression they would be sent to me and arrive shortly afterward. After the sale was done, I didn’t hear a word about the mats. I texted Corey several times and he was short and kept telling me he was busy and they were “coming”. After a few weeks of this, he stopped responding to my texts and he wouldn’t answer my calls. I finally got a hold of him by text and he told me they were “ordered on Amazon and should be coming any day”. I asked for a tracking number and he wouldn’t give me one. After two more weeks of waiting and texting him about them, he told me I should go into my local GMC and get them myself. I finally just managed to get the time to buy them myself. All in all, they were great and super helpful up to the sale. After that, I felt snubbed and cut off and ignored. I’m still giving them a good review because the car was a very good deal and floor mats are a minor point. My real problem is Corey more or less made me feel like a “pest” and ignored my texts once the sale was done and didn’t follow through with his word on the mats. I don’t wish to bad mouth him or Michelle at all, they are very good people. But this was not appreciated at all and bad service.

No reason to look anywhere else. Corey and Michael are the best and most responsive dealers on the market. If you are looking for something specific they will find it and get you a great value.

I would give them zero stars for selling me a car that cost thousands of dollars to repair... the owner promised me he would fix the car and never did ... don't buy from this place 😒..... he's not an honest dealer

Great cars & Great staff.... Will continue to use CAE when I am in the market for a new vehicle.
