We had the best customer service with the receptionist last week. I wasn’t having the best day after bringing my mom’s car for repair and the morning receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile. even after we came back to make payments she was still there at the time and we chatted a little bit. thank you for such a friendly service!

Great service every time! I used to avoid dealerships because I thought they would just try to upswell on unnecessary things, but I ended coming here once last year when a piece needed replacement that was covered by Honda due to some known issue. The service was so good that it is now my go-to even for regular maintenance. The advisor at the front (Alain) takes the time to explain if ever there are recommendations, but I never feel like I’m being pushed into anything unnecessary.

I wouldn't recommend this Dealership for Leasing or Financing any new Car. But if you still want to try, have your numbers done before you visit. For example - Ask what is the Invoice Cost including tax, Lease/Finance Term (30 months, 60 months etc.), What is the interest rate? If they are adding up any accessories (for example - premium paint, GPS etc.)? If you are giving your current vehicle what is the price,/liquidity etc.? Please check out all these before signing any where.

We had worst exprience with them. We spoke to the guy Alex and he confirmed that you can come to see the car and it available but When we reached here he said I am sorry its sold. He wasted our time because we came directly from our jobs and another city which is 60km far and with huge traffic it took us 1 hour to reach.

Went to Honda desjardins for a repair, Raphael is one of the best service advisors I've ever dealt with! I would definitely continue to bring my car there!
