I would give 6 stars if I could! I was in a huge bind away from home and these guys got me right in. In the meantime, they let me and my four-legged partner hang out in their waiting area. Amazing customer service, smiling faces everywhere, and so willing to help!

Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. That is what I got. No games or up sale. They even took care of an open safety recall. Nice waiting room with refreshments, TV and free WIFI. I like the fact that their employees could grab a drink from the provided soda fountain. Shows they probably take care of their people.

Absolutely horrible experience! We have a 2011 Jeep Grand cherokee that had ac issues. While the vehicle was there, the tipm ( main fuse box ) suddenly stopped working and needed to be replaced. $2,400.00 later, the heat no longer works on one side of the vehicle, and on the way home, the new radiator fan cut into the poorly mounted top radiator hose, which I had to fix myself. Luckily, it made it home before overheating.. Do not take your vehicle here!!

Poor customer service as far as parts go. They sell the wrong parts and won’t take returns. I highly recommend driving a little further to a more friendly customer oriented dealer, or save yourself the headache and order the right parts online, at least they’ll return them.

Another dealer found a truck they own that I wanted but they refused to split the hold back (profit) with him. So I opted to not purchase from them.
