Mr. Zach was a great person at meeting my needs. He continuously went the extra mile and beyond. My vehicle wasn’t ready on time from a different location. Mr. Zach eas able to put me into a 2026 equinox free of charge, until me vehicle arrived for purchase. Mr. Zach always showed hospitality. He really deserves a raise, a promotion and recognition for his great work. He also addressed another situation, that had nothing to do with his store but resolved the issue rather quickly. Mr. Carl was also a good member to talk to and showed great respect and concern. Thanks guys !!!!!

Took my brand-new truck into the service department at Sam Leman Dodge in Champaign and dealt with Rudy. After the first visit the issue on my vehicle was not resolved. Went back in a second time and ended up being charged 400 dollars for a problem they found was not covered on the warranty from Ram. The issue on the truck was still not resolved. Went back in a third time and was told that the issue could be fixed myself and vehicle did not need to come back in to be fixed anymore. Was also told I would not be getting my money back for the work done that was unnecessary and not needed.
