Champion Chevrolet, specifically the salesman I worked with, Alex, is by far the best experience I have ever had when buying a car. Every single person that either I walked by or they walked by me spoke to me and asked how I was or if I needed anything. I was not pressured into anything. Truly the best experience! Alex was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. That day I test drove in the morning with Alex, then left to go test drive other vehicles. I ended up returning to Champion to purchase a Trailblazer. Yes I love the vehicle, but overall it was Alex that pulled me in. Just an absolutely great experience. I will most definitely be staying in the Champion family. Not only are they my hometown dealership but great people!

I had made an appointment and mixed up the time with one appointment from another. They were still able to help me and get the work done quickly and never made me feel like it was a problem to help me.

Service department was outstanding, unfortunately I needed some fairly detailed repairs. The Service Advisor (Tyler Thomas) was extremely helpful explaining things clearly and very honest. He told me I may get it back tomorrow morning or it could be tomorrow afternoon depending on parts etc. The following day about 3:30 my jeep was ready. The Service Advisor (Tyler Thomas) was extremely busy helping customers but saw me walking out to get my jeep and took the time to say.... "Mr. Cockrell we really appreciate your business, Thank you" That's old school good business I haven't experienced in 30 years... 6 Stars for for Tyler Thomas and Champion Jeep for service excellence I thought was long gone.
