I live in Asheville North Carolina. I bought my vehicle about 5 years ago from this dealership. This dealership's friendly very helpful. The best part I have called and asked questions about service. Knowing I'm not using their service department because I'm in Asheville, they still immediately answers any questions or someone gets back to me very promptly with the answer or a way to help. This is amazing in today's business world. This is a great dealership. I will always buy my vehicles here. An outstanding group

Gavin Hardin was amazing. He knew the vehicles inside and out and was incredibly kind. He made my family and me feel comfortable, and he was a big part of the reason we decided to make our next vehicle a Cadillac. Tim Copenhaver, the owner, also went out of his way to make us feel welcome—he truly rolled out the red carpet. We left saying, “How’d they do that?” I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Cadillac.

Highly recommend Best staff I’ve ever met

When myself and my wife visited this dealership on Monday May 8th 2024 we incurred Racist comments. I waited a while to say anything but i feel the time has come to let others that have concerns know.The two salesman that were so ecstatic to make such comments knew nothing about me or my wife. We only had a interest in possibly purchasing a new vehicle. For the ignorant and narrow minded not all Black use food stamps or food programs or the food card they were talking about. We did not even know what that card was until we drove off and my wife looked it up. I wanted to come back and confront the two but my wife convinced me to take the latter. There are more none Black using the food program in the US then Blacks. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Regardless of your core beliefs, professionalism should always be paramount when dealing with potential customers. So that it is none I am a 30yr US Military Veteran and my wife is a College Professor.

I see my 4 star rating has drawn some attention. You guys did a great job and 4 stars i felt was a fair evolution. I review honestly from my experience. I was a customer recently in your service department. I will accept a call from anyone from the dealership to explain why. You have my personal contact info. I don't have anything bad to say, which is why I didn't share anything negative.
