I bought a great car from them for a good price. I love my mischievous purple Mustang! I’ve gotten good and friendly service from them too with detailing and customization. However my biggest complaint is their lack of communication. They almost never call me back when they say they’re going to which results in frustrating phone tagging until I get the person I need to talk to. Also they have had high turnover with their detailing people. This last time I needed a ceramic coating on my hood because I had it replaced due to paint corrosion. I brought it in and was quoted $500 for the job. After it was done I was told there was swirl marks on the hood like it had been sanded, which the body shop elsewhere had done, and they couldn’t get it all out. They lowered the charge to $220 to help me out but it seemed weird to me. I took it back to the body shop and they tried to work on it and informed me that it was like there was no ceramic coating on it at all! So what did I pay $220 for? I called back to ask and was told they had used a third party to do my hood but the person to talk to wasn’t there. I was also told I would get a call that day. It’s been weeks and no call. But I’m tired of phone tag and very disappointed.

Luciano was a great help to my son on his first car purchase. Gave ample time for a good test drive and was very informative to him with information on how everything works with purchasing. He worked with him on the pricing to reflect his high APR (given he was a first time buyer) and spent majority of the day explaining everything. Will be my first stop when looking for a great new/used vehicle. Highly recommend.

Bought a supercharged BRZ from Luciano. Purchasing process was relatively simple. Came in late and was difficult to find financing options. Walked out with a higher APR than expected, but the price was reduced to somewhat make up for it. Part of that was probably because I purchased the 3yr/36mo warranty. Discrepancies in what that covers between the owner and salesman. Hopefully I’ll never have to use it. I know every sales person is being trained on “no pressure sales” these days, but it felt somewhat felt that way…aside from the “someone is coming to pick it up tomorrow” pitch. Who knows if it was true or not. These guys are a good bunch of people just making a living in a small lot over the tracks in Mooresville. They have a cool selection of cars and what appears to be a cool detail shop (wish my car got detailed prior purchase) in the back. I’d purchase another car from them for sure.

Look no further than champion car company. They are definitely not the typical dealership that wants to give you a run around. They stayed after hours to get me in the car I went for. They are awesome-ask for Ryan when ya go. My son loves his mustang. I’d go back again even if it is to see the puppy 😉.

After a total loss of my previous vehicle I had to act fast to get a new car. I had a general idea of what I wanted and while browsing dealers in the area there were a few comparable options. I found one listed at Champion that was the same price but had significantly less miles compared to the other dealers in the area. I filled out a credit inquiry and "check availability status" around 8pm on their website. The next morning Shane called/text me asking for some details and when a good time would be to come by and take a look. I showed up at the location after lunch time and all the paperwork was already handled but was told multiple times if it didn't work out no-harm no-foul, no pressure to buy. Took it for a test drive and was sold. The entire process took ~3 hours which in my experience is unheard of. I'm very satisfied with the car, the service and the support I was given by Shane and the rest of his team. If you're in the market for a cool ride (and they have a lot!) definitely look into Champion. Would totally buy from them again!
