Cory Adamski was amazing with helping me buy my car. He made sure I understood everything, showed me every feature on the car before the test drive, and offered me multiple payment options to see what would work best. I feel I got the best deal possible because of Cory, and I appreciate the care he put into helping me. Even while we were waiting for insurance to go through, we played cards and he showed me magic tricks! It definitely took the stress out of getting a new car and made it a fun experience. My dad was with me to help me look for cars, and he told Cory to expect to see him soon to get another car for my mom. Definitely worth talking to Cory to get the car you need!

Excellent Customer Service! I recently had an issue with my 2026 Trailblazer liftgate being slightly offset and occasionally rubbing in the area of the passenger side rear taillight when the liftgate was closing. I spent approximately 22 hours of my time over two months trying to get the dealer where I bought it from (Feldman of New Hudson) to repair the issue and got nothing but the run around from them. GM Corporate eventually suggested I reach out to another dealer and I called Champion Chevrolet of Howell. As soon as I arrived to drop my car off for my service appointment, everything was top notch. My service advisor TJ was great and while he was handling the intake paper work another employee was already vacuuming out my car. That same day, TJ called back and said that the service department and the body shop had worked together and completely removed my liftgate and adjusted it over 1/32 of an inch, providing the clearance the liftgate needed to open/close properly! In eight hours, Champion Chevrolet accomplished what the dealer who sold me the car could not accomplish in two months. As an added bonus, they even washed my car for me while it was there. I think it speaks volumes about Champion Chevrolet that they were willing to go the extra mile for me, despite me not having purchased my vehicle from them. I will definitely be buying my vehicles (and having them serviced) at Champion Chevrolet of Howell from now on, and highly recommend you do too!

Helen was recommended by a family friend and I was not disappointed. She’s instantly likable and easy to talk to. She had great communication throughout the entire purchase experience and was just, refreshingly on top of things. Helen made sure I was comfortable with my choice without feeling pressured to a sale. My husband and I spent at least 7 hours at the dealership, test driving different cars and discussing financing. She was very accommodating throughout it all. She also ensured that I was successful in receiving my GM family discount. She was patient as it had been delayed a bit-that was a whole thing. Looking at you GM. Anyhoo, long story short-too late; she was great. Helen, the appraisers and the other locations also worked with each other to give me the best trade in quote. Which for my situation, had worked in my favor and I appreciate that so so much. My last car purchase experience was garbage. Helen is proof that competent people that care still exist at their jobs. For as long as Helen is there, I’ll never purchase from anyone else again 🫡 ride or die. Bad boys for life. Also shout to (forgive me if I’m wrong, let me know!) Cheryl in the financing department. She did the most in ensuring I got the best payments for my financial standing. So thanks Helen and Champion for making it painless!

I was in town helping with my Mom‘s estate and during that difficult time I received truly outstanding service at championship Chevrolet from Ken Gill. he went above and beyond to help me get everything in order while I was there so I could take care of things quickly and get back to Washington. Ken made a stressful situation so much easier and I am incredibly grateful for his kindness, professionalism and willingness to help. Thank you so much, Ken Gill. Highly recommended to consider buying a vehicle from Champion Chevrolet — It is a very nice facility with friendly staff. And they have free coffee and cookies in a comfortable lounge! I have such good feelings overall that I named my new daily driver “Champ”! 😁 Our particular buying experience was guided through very professionally by sales representative Scott Lambert. He is veteran employee of 25 years with an obvious care to create a great customer relationship with Champion. My wife and I greatly appreciate the Champion team as they followed our purchase with honor and integrity. I particularly felt very welcomed “to the Champion family” by a tour of the facility lead by Scott where he carried a wash bucket to different parts of the facility (service, parts, etc) where the bucket was filled with car-care gifts like ArmorAll and a wash sponge while meeting people with smiles. As clearly stated in the ad for our car and might apply to your purchase… Be aware the list price does not include costs of tax, title, plates, as expected, or cost of reconditioning the car such as brakes and oil change which I wasn’t expecting and hadn’t noticed on the ad, but am very grateful that they did this work for the additional sale cost. Ultimately we drove away a wonderful used vehicle that was freshly cleaned and intentionally made ready for a smooth hand-off to the customer. Have fun in your buying. I’d ask for Scott!
