It was a great experience! They took care of my issues as I try to keep my 255k 2016 Ram Rebel running smoothly! Fixed my Rambox clip and sent me on down the road.

Brought my Wrangler 4xe in for the 68C fix and they had it done same day! Stellar service and Karl was a great service rep. When I took it to Huntsville last year for a recal and to get my coolant valve replaced it took them over a month just to get it in the shop. Champion is about good ole fashioned gettin the job done. Will be coming here every service now.

Usually have good service. I recently went for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a appointment so I didnt just show up and I still waited 2 hours in the lobby. After a 1 1/2 hour wait I walked in and ask the service advisor if they were about done his response was an update and walked off quickly. I was left without a real update of what was going with my vehicle and was very disappointed. Kept in mind I also drove 1 hour one way to have this service done. So I spent 4 hours having a oil change and tire rotation.

I recently purchased a new Ram truck and shortly after noticed the check engine light come on. I brought the truck to this dealership to have it checked, and I’m very glad I did. The service team quickly ran a diagnostic and found that the air filter had gotten soaked with water, which was causing the issue. They explained the problem clearly, replaced the air filter, and got everything taken care of promptly. What I really appreciated was their professionalism and honesty. They didn’t try to overcomplicate the issue or push unnecessary repairs — they simply identified the problem and fixed it the right way. The truck has been running perfectly since. Great service experience and a knowledgeable team. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who owns a Ram or is looking for a reliable service department.

Was out and about on 27MAR helping my father pay his bills when my 2026 Ram 2500 started having acceleration issues and my check engine light illuminated. I immediately took the vehicle to the Champion CDJR Service Department to have them my vehicle. I was promptly assisted by the Service Manager and they were able to check the codes for the check engine light and have a diesel technician conduct a quick assessment. After reviewing the codes that were pulled, an appointment was setup for the following Monday morning to get my vehicle further evaluated and subsequently repaired within a few hours.
