So I have changed my review 3 times but this is the nature of doing better. The salesman Mike Urban was fantastic and has been fantastic i will be back to see him again for our next car! The issues that I had where swiftly handled by the GM John. He got the car in right away and the issue is being taken care of. That is the experience I wanted and did get. The entire team, minus the middle management, is fantastic and while I was frustrated at times it was a 5 star experience because many dealers say something and dont follow through but they did when they said they want me to be happy and not just selling me a car now but a customer for life.

Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had! The level of service I received was incredible. Bailey worked with me so closely I feel we’re friends for life! Her expertise was OFF THE CHART! Mike the pre-owned sales manager was extremely knowledgeable and professional…helping me button up the details. The LIFETIME powertrain warranty had me hooked. We drove over an hour and I drove home in my super sexy shiny red Blazer! 🚗 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We were greeted as soon as we walked in by Megan Brennan who acknowledged right away that she was new, but she did an amazing job, made us feel comfortable, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and knew exactly what she was doing with phone connection and Android Auto which we had never had before. She wasn't pushy, communicated well, and if she didn't have an answer she got one immediately. Would see her again and work with the other amazing folks at Champion again in the future.

I met with Laney about selling my car and had a fabulous experience. Everyone from the moment I walked in the door was welcoming and kind. Laney was particularly great and right away put me at ease. I’m not one for negotiating (I loathe it), but they offered what I feel was an extremely fair price right off the bat. They did all of the leg work and made the experience incredibly easy for me.
