I never imagined that paying $100,000 in cash for a brand-new 2025 Cayenne would come with such a terrible experience. The purchase itself took only 15 minutes, the fastest and easiest deal a manager could hope for. We even paid extra for closed-truck delivery to protect the car during transport, which arrived the very next day. But when the car was unloaded, it became clear this dealership has no idea what “pre-delivery inspection” means. The Cayenne was dirty, with gum wrappers, food trash, and even ants crawling out of technical openings. This is not one or two insects—it was an infestation. When we immediately contacted our manager, both my client and I were shocked to receive a dismissive and rude response: “What do you expect? Maybe you don’t understand English well. What do you want from me? I didn’t put those ants there, I checked everything. Go to Home Depot and deal with your problem” This is unacceptable for any new car, let alone a Porsche. My client, who had trusted this dealership, was reduced to tears. Instead of offering solutions, Pompano Porsche washed their hands of the issue. I had to send her to another authorized Porsche Center, where she was treated with respect, offered detailing, and the problem was properly addressed. That is how you retain clients and protect the Porsche name. If you are considering Porsche in South Florida, I recommend Porsche Naples or Porsche West Palm Beach. They understand brand reputation, value their customers, and build relationships that make you want to come back for your next car. Pompano, on the other hand, has lost not only this sale but all of my future Porsche business I also run a YouTube channel with over 70,000 subscribers, where I showcase dealer inventory and upcoming models for my clients. I had filmed a positive review of Porsche Pompano’s inventory, planning to highlight their cars to potential buyers. That video will never be published. After this experience, I see no reason to promote or work with a dealership that shows such disregard for basic customer service, warmth, and genuine interest in their clients

I love my 2026 Porsche GTS! Wow! Nick Edwards is the best sales person EVER. He made ordering and buying my car so easy. Angela in finance was awesome as well. We just purchased a '25 718 Boxster from Champion. Jimmy Kompotiatis is second to none. Our family were long time customers of a Porsche dealer in ATL. But distance and time has seemed to have eroded our relationship. I contacted Champion about a deal that seemed too good to be true. Jimmy K. contacted us within a few hours and the rest is history. We started this deal a little over a week ago and just took delivery at 9 PM tonight... 1400 miles away. Shipping was the absolute standard (enclosed from south FLA to Michigan for a song). We had more expensive transport quotes from 400 miles away from other dealers. Jimmy did total email correspondence because that's what I requested. If a dealer calls me when I ask to email first, I close that channel. J.K. actually read my request. The car arrived clean, all required CPO stuff, spotless, etc. This is probable our 14th Porsche, maybe 12 new, and I would put it up there with our top 2 experiences. Give them a shot. A lot of other dealers padded their price with delivery fees, etc. Champion has the standard document fee and nothing else. I'm still amazed we were able to get the wife in a new/like new Porsche again (before the internal combustion and manuals went away).
