Chantz Scott Kia

This dealership is one of if not the best experience I've had at any car dealership. Was on the interstate and my car went into low power mode. I was near a rest stop so I was able to pull over safely. Called Chantz Scott and described the issue to the service tech. He advised I have it towed there to be serviced. Had it towed and went in. Brittany checked me in and let me know they would evaluate to see if the engine was under extended warranty. I waited maybe 30 min at most before she came back and let me know it was covered. She also secured me a rental at no additional charge. Brittany did an outstanding job and in TWO DAYS they had me a new engine installed and my car was ready to go. The car is running fantastically and I could not be more happy with the service they provided. I will be bringing my car back for oil changes going forward and will recommend Chantz Scott to everyone. Outstanding service and really came through for me and my family.

This is a fantastic dealership. They offer great pricing and they're no-pressure salesmen. They're really running things right over there. Excellent Dealership! Josh, Andy, Britney, Summer, Mike, Roger (yes Roger:), Parts Manager (name?) all made my buying experience phenomenal from start to finish. Flew in and drove out same afternoon! Very helpful, professional, friendly, and made me feel a part of the family (at least the family you like)! Love my Stinger GT2 Tribute Edition! Hands down, one of the best dealerships I’ve been to. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable with my situation. Everyone was really nice! They got me in the car I actually wanted. Taylor was GREAT!

This dealership was incredible to work with. It started in the morning when I showed up in service without an appointment and Josh was incredible. Then I decided I wanted a new vehicle and Josh in-service is the reason I requested information online about a car and then went in and completed. The deal. Will definitely be doing business again.
