Fantastic dealership who strive to keep their good reputation and abide by their word. I had battery issues with a “new to me” vehicle not even 2 weeks after purchasing, not something you would hope for after spending quite a bit of money already on a vehicle however, after upmost discussion amongst the salesperson, service and owners they came to the conclusion to make things right and offer compensation towards a new battery. Very impressed with their decision and the conversations amongst the employees there, quick, efficient and effective timing as well - they will take good care of their customers. If I didn’t live so far away, I would definitely trust them with maintenance and service of my “new to me” vehicle. Highly recommend, I sincerely thank all of you.

It's been a 3 tow truck month! First an accident coming home, middle of the night, terrible weather with icy roads + high winds velocity gusting the freezing ice crystals/rain/snow. Just as I approached a small bridge with 🕳 black ice 🧊 covering the surface, a gust shifted my KIA into the concrete at the base of the guardrail took out both passenger tires. Thankfully, driving below 50km/hr or less for the previous hour kept me somewhat in control of the KIA, minimizing the damage to just the passenger tires, not damaging the running board nor putting a single scratch on the vehicle. Maintained control to safely park on side of road, right way up. Tow truck 🛻 #1! Get a replacement battery 🔋for my Acadia that has been parked in the garage for a couple years, brought out from Chapman's that had what I needed on hand! 👏 Another trip coming home the following week and leaving the city at sunset, I find I have no headlights! Zilch! only my flashers and interior lights worked. Tow Truck #2🛻 And a trip 200+ km home. Driving in a blinding thunder and lightening storm most of the way. Headlights were not optional! Off to Chapman's in the morning to have them change out the headlights, do an oil change & recharge the coolant as this Acadia has been parked while the warranty on the KIA counts down it's time. I still have a check ✅️ engine light. Third trip to city & Acadia is running very rough & the light was getting pretty insistent now now So next morning, off to Chapman's to see what needs fixing. Made it less than 3 km from home... Tow Truck #3 🛻! Catalytic convertor... they will be able to have the part Wednesday. Thankful for a loner vehicle, very nice loaded Equinox. Other than the color, I really wish I could swap my KIA for this nice 2023. Much better ride than the KIA, much more comfortable seating, easier rear seat adjustments flat/seating. So now up to repairs on the vehicle, fixed the Catalytic convertor but test drive was still running rough. Tried checking for tune-up issues, which seems to have fixed the issues. Despite all the extra work done, still completed within the original estimate! Thank you Chapman's Teams !! You really came through to help take exelent care of disabled widow (retired to this area in 2015.) My family have always been Chevy drivers. I have enjoyed many different Chevy models over the years including small cars to large SUV'S and pick-ups. Some of my best memories with my boy's involve a yellow 3/4 ton which carried my camper. The poor salesman when purchasing a brand new Blazer & having my tape measure to ensure access for loading large dog kennels, and ensuring the model purchased had rear seats that folded completely flat again for the kennels. Later this Blazer was upgraded to a brand new bright Maroon Acadia. Thank you again for your friendly and very timely response to fixing my Acadia and getting me safely on the road again. Living as a single senior in a rural community where they have no means of alternate transportation, it's vitally important to have a sound vehicle. I really can not express my appreciation in words for Chapman's assistance in my 3 Tow Truck month.
