I posted 5 stars. Thats all they allowed. Well Alvin is a PRO. He is nice, polite, non pushy, and puts customer at ease as if he is having a conversation with a friend. Smart as a whip too. I would definitely buy another car from him. Emillio is too a Professional with an engaging personality. I'd buy another car from him, but if he wanted to haggle over throwing in $179.00 floor mats, Id call for his and the man in the cowboy hat's firing and for installing Alvin in his place.. When I bought a Porsche Macan S last week, that dealer gladly threw in floor mats. Could have been just to get me out of the building, but he did, nonetheless. Alvin and Emillio know how to work to make a car deal. Emillio and man in Cowboy hat didn't need to beat me out of $120.00. Emillio needs to buy me dinner. I like nice restaurants.

Originally coming in to the dealership for a warranty repair, Nick in Finance made sure the repair was not charged to us. We decided to see about a newer vehicle, and Nick was able to cut our interest rate in half and get us into a newer vehicle with the best extended warranty available. Nick has been with Chapman for over 24 years and he knows what he is doing and he cares! If I know of anyone looking to purchase, I will send them directly to him. It was the most pleasant experience at an auto dealership we have ever had. Rico, our salesperson was so helpful, patient, and kind and the two made a dynamic team! Tremendous experience at Chapman Jeep in Scottsdale AZ. My service writer Abrian was very patient and compassionate. Had a software issue with my WiFi connection. He’s currently constantly Trying everything to help me solve my problem. Truly appreciate his efforts. The problem was fixed! I’m extremely happy with the personal aggressive service that the service manager Abrian show to complete my repair.
