One of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The entire staff was relaxed and friendly. They acted like they had all the time in the world to help me find the right vehicle. My salesman Colton was knowledgeable and super helpful. The sales manager Brantley wasn’t like some sales managers I’ve encountered. He didn’t try to talk me into things I didn’t need and gave me a great price on my trade. I’ve already told friends and family about the dealership and would purchase there again. Love my 2023 Bronco!

First off, the fact that Chapman still has such good hours for Saturday service puts them at a great advantage! I usually use a different Ford dealer in York Co for service, but they stopped offering Saturday hours a while back. My car was do for service and I didn't have any time off work coming up, so I stumbled on Chapman because of their Saturday hours. I don't think I'll be going back to my previous dealership! They are very thorough and the inspection video they send is super helpful. Very happy overall!

Although the vehicle I wanted was not in stock, the sales staff located one from another dealership. It was delivered in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership.
