I just purchased a Hyundai Tucson at Chapman from the best salesman I have ever had. His name was Jim Trafficanta. I couldn’t recommend Jim more as a salesman if you are looking for a new or used car! He was so down to earth, professional, didn’t blow smoke up my - well you know ;) Jim also didn’t drive me crazy with texts and calls when I told him I was still going to be looking at other cars. I decided to come back and get the Tucson from him. The prices are fair and you know exactly what you are getting. Having someone you can feel confident with as a salesman goes miles when buying a car and was ultimately one of the reasons why I went back to Chapman.
