Just bought our Aviator and were so pleased with our experience with Chapman. EVERY staff member we came in contact with went above and beyond. Our sales person, Patrick was wonderful! I have 2021 Lincoln Cosair (not quite 2 year ago purchase) and have had my vehicle at Chapman EHT service department 3 times for a recall which the issue was done incorrectly on their behalf the first time and by the third attempt, it was an even worse concern. They offered to replace and then when they got my vehicle decided because the problem could not be duplicated (which they new prior the issue was sporadic) they were going to do nothing. So now my camera/screen is worse (no camera complete blue screen versus the recall where there was a blue portion of the screen) and all they will do is apologize and say it’s nothing we can do. How about replace it as you recommended. It’s a safety issue at this point hence why it was a recall.

From start to finish my encounter with Rob was professional and stress free The service was done. The video was clear and the whole process was easy .
