Charbonneau GMC

Recently purchased a new vehicle from them, the truck is great, the salesman not so much, wanted to test drive the truck and he threw me the keys and didn’t mention any of the features or anything that was included, just went straight into the financials like I was already buying it, good thing I did my own research on the vehicle. Once I signed the paper work I thought I would get the vehicle right away, but had to come back for it later in the afternoon, they tell me it’s ready for pickup 5 hours later, the salesman is busy and now they are telling me I have to wait, I walk out the door thinking I’ll deal with it tomorrow, a different sales man then stops me and shows me the truck and its features, he was good. All in all I’m not to impressed with the visit there especially when purchasing something that expensive. I won’t give it a 1 star because the truck is great and the price is inline with my research, also the finance guy was cool. If shopping here make sure to do your own research and don’t expect great customer service, atleast the truck is nice

Just bought a new Yukon XL from my here. From my first phone call until we walked out the door papers all signed it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Our salesmen Kaden was so great to work with he met every request I had. Brent in the finance department was very personable as well and got us in and out in no time. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience! We are traveling through the area and needed an oil change on my GMC 2500. I contacted the dealer and was able to make appointment for the next day. Jason Lantz, my service advisor, took excellent care of me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was able to watch through the service window and the technicians did a very thorough job, even pointing out my dirty air filter, which I did not know about! I would highly recommend this dealer. I’m only sorry that they’re not near my home otherwise I would continue to use them for all my service needs. Thank you !

This service team is absolutely amazing. Just passing through town, had a pretty big issue. They were the only ones willing to help on a Saturday morning. Got the job done! Great to work with, understanding, and kind. Highly recommend for any car issues you'd have.
