Charlie's Chevrolet

I pulled in close to closing time having a tire on my Nissan bought at Charlie’s with low pressure. The guys at Charlie’s Chevrolet put air in the tire then offered to see what the issue was. Upon finding a cut in the tire they offered to order a new tire (they don’t carry the tire my car needed). They had my car ready the next day even though I didn’t have an appointment. Everyone that helped me was kind and courteous, which I appreciate. They could have easily said take it elsewhere, but they didn’t . Thank you to the service department at Charlie’s Chevrolet.

When I had to have my car serviced under warranty they were very helpful and professional. They got my vehicle in quickly and helped arrange a rental car. We are very pleased with the service department and would definitely recommend them!

I could not be happier with the service I received from the service team at Charlie's Chevrolet in Winthrop. They were so accommodating given my health issues. They made the entire transaction as simple as possible. They stayed in contact to let me know how things were going and were so honest about what needed to be done. I will not hesitate to go back or to recommend them to everyone I know.

I usually go to Charlies Toyota for maintenance but its so convenient having a service/dealer so close to home/work. They treated me with respect, were polite and professional, -like a "regular", answered my questions with ease and even put my new plates on for me. They even made me feel a little better (validating/understanding) being as nice as possible relaying costs for repairs. Thank you!

Brought my GMC truck into to get an inspection, four wheel alignment and tires balanced and rotated. It was done in a reasonable amount of time. I’m not a mechanic so I don’t know how long it should take but I thought it was done in a reasonable time. It was under two hundred dollars that’s including a thirty dollar coupon. I would highly recommend Charlie’s Chevrolet to get work done.
