Employees were friendly, helpful and always smiling. The work was done promptly and efficiently. I was so pleased by this and the comforts provided in the waiting room. It was above and beyond my expectations. I am thoroughly smitten! The same for purchasing my new hybrid Camry. TJ was exceptional in helping me to choose with my want list. I find that prepaying for service visits takes a lot of stress off unexpected expenses. And being able to contact TJ via texting saved time and l received answers fast. Thankful for a great experience in buying my new car.

While traveling through from Indiana ..my service/maintenance light on my 2025 Tacoma came on..at 3pm on a Friday. I found Charlie's dealership and the entire service team said 'no problem ' and worked me in. 45 minutes later..on my way. Did I mention I had a u haul trailer attached and they unhooked it for me then reconnected at the completion of the service. Team is highly recommended!

Your service department was second to none. They found the improperly mounted air filter and replaced the mass sensor. The extraordinary thing was they knew we were traveling and took the part out of another new vehicle and got us going again. That was above and beyond.
