We have bought multiple cars from Charlotte County GM and have had excellent experiences. One of the main things bringing us back is the service team and we have them maintain all of our vehicles, even ones that aren't GM products as they are always fantastic.

Dropped off my 2023 camaro wirh 926km on it due to a flat tire. Supplied my own tire had it installed. Scratches around the wheel a chip in the powder coat and a gouge in 1 spoke. Spoke with the service manager who had a smirk the whole time denying any damage. Spoke with Andrew Moffit (the owner) who basically said the samw thing and was going to "wash his hands with it" so nothing resolved and now i have a brand new car with a damaged wheel. Terrible customer service Drive anywhere else to get your car serviced. No respect no willingness to help or offer any assistance. Im totally disgusted by this. Would be zero stars. But had to select at least 1
