My husband and I purchased our new Mitsubishi Outlander SEL in September 2025. Alex was our salesperson he was wonderful. We told him what we were looking for and he drove out with our new vehicle. OneDrive and we were hooked. We love our 2025 Outlander SEL. As far as we are concerned the sales department, as well as the service department go above and beyond to make you happy. They are all sales people but not pushy in my opinion. So thank you for that. We had a small issue after we took ownership of the vehicle. I contacted the service department and they had us in there the next day and fixed the problem. Overall we are extremely happy with our Mitsubishi Outlander SEL. Thank you Charlottetown Mitsubishi for the great customer service. The only thing I would suggest is if you have an issue with your vehicle. You may want to just to ask the call center to get the service department to call you directly. In my case it was easier to speak with the service department. As they understood the issue and got me in very quickly. I would definitely recommend Charlottetown Mitsubishi to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, and I most definitely would recommend the Outlander.

This team of experts offer above and beyond customer service. I was driving a 2011 Mitsubishi RVR that was working well up until this year. The last issue with the car caused me to find another way home from Mitsubishi Service Dept.. Tammy, owner, tells Alex, saleperson, to give me a vehicle to drive home, home being in Summerside. The drive home convinced me to upgrade to a new Mitsubishi. I returned the following day with the 2026 Outlander SEL, then purchased a 2025 Outlander SEL. Great service. Managed to view, test drive, apply for financing, process the paper works in a weeks time. All thanks to the awesome assistance from Tyler and Jimmy. Look for them to get great deals, awesome rates and freebies (lol- they’ll kill me for this) kidding aside, great service. The owner is so hands on and everyone’s accommodating despite the fact that our visits are always after 5. We went there at least 4x - view, test drive, sign paper works, collect the car. All after 5pm. Sorry for the trouble. But truly appreciate your help team Charlottetown Mitsu!
