Also, I want to send a special shout out to Cassidy Webber, who recently helped me purchase a Lexus NX 200 for my daughter. Cassidy has been amazing to work with. She is helpful, knowledgeable and so easy to communicate with. From the minute we started talking to her, she put us completely at ease. We recently purchased a 2023 outback limited at this dealer. When we went we were not intending to buy but the sales person Cassidy Sebber was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful we did purchase the outback. The warranty and all services performed by lexus really impressed us. Cassidy worked with sales manager and they make the purchase so easy The finance person was outstanding and he really helped us. Darryl Smith in the service department is amazing! He is incredibly efficient and always made sure I was well taken care of. Loaner vehicles were never an issue, and I could always trust him to recommend exactly what I needed without pushing unnecessary “extras.” I was so impressed with the quality of service that purchasing two more Lexus vehicles was a no-brainer for me. Lexus makes a great product, but as with any brand, it’s the service department that truly determines your overall satisfaction. When you can bring your car in and feel like you’re working with family, it speaks volumes about the dealership and its commitment to customer service. This is an easy 5 stars!
