We had a great experience with, Mike Evan, on our purchase of a 2020, Chevy, Equinox. We purchased this vehicle on Tuesday, May 5th. Before we got home with it a tire sensor light came on, and the check engine light came on. I immediately called Mike and told him what was going on, and he told me to call service the next day, which was Wednesday May 6th, because they was all ready closed for the day. I called service on Wednesday and spoke with Alex. He said that the service department was booked out for about two to three weeks, but if I could bring the car in he would run a diagnostic check on it and see what kind of codes it showed and would go from there. So I took it in Wednesday afternoon, and he ran the test, and didn't like one of the codes he got so he spoke to his manager and they took it right in and looked at it. My Cadillac converter was bad, and then replaced it right then and there, with no charge to me. They also scheduled an appointment on May 26th, for me to bring it back in and they are going to replace the tire pressure sensor for me.
